“ Delicious and welcoming local restaurant with Southern and Tex Mex staples. Their chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and veggie sides were delicious. We had the broccoli rice casserole, fried okra, green beans, and sweet potato fries. They have a great variety of pies and cakes, including a brownie-like chocolate cake. They share street parking with the rest of the downtown strip and sit opposite a park. ”
“ Great Tex Mex food. Crispy chips and a perfect blend of peppers in the salsa. I got a chicken burrito-asked that the tortilla get fried (special request). It was so good with the cheese sauce on top. Beans were top notch- love me some beans- and the rice was very flavorful. My plate was clean. Service was super fast and efficient, I mean really fast! And the ice tea was fresh and delicious. We drove 45 minutes to get here- worth it!!! ”
